I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We strive to fill your order as quickly as possible while ensuring you receive the freshest coffee. Coffee orders ship within 3 business days, and ground flavored orders ship within 4 business days. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll reach out to keep you informed.
Why are my merchandise and coffee orders shipped separately?
We work with print-on-demand partners to create our merchandise, which ships directly from their facilities. This allows us to offer more customization options and ensure every product is made with care.
Can I return merchandise for a different size or color?
Since each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for size or color preferences. To help you choose the perfect fit, please refer to the size chart available on each product page.
What happens if the coffee I received does not match my order?
We strive to ensure every order is accurate, and we sincerely apologize if there’s a mistake. If the coffee you receive does not match your order, we’ll promptly ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
